The Influencing Skills Program is designed to give deeper understanding of the qualities of an effective influencer and the characteristics of influencing without authority
At the conclusion of this program, participants will have the skills and strategies to achieve business outcomes working and collaborating with others
Participants will be able to leverage techniques to more effectively influence internal stakeholders to embrace their ideas, accept their recommendations, and support their initiatives
A total of six online hours is dedicated for this virtual learning experience, further divided into three sessions, making each session to last for 120 online minutes.
