About Zest Experience

A leadership, learning and organisational development consultancy.

We help organisations in Pakistan, the UAE and internationally build the capability of their people, through consultative design, experiential facilitation and learning that carries into everyday work.

Our story

Built to close the gap between the training room and the workplace.

Too much corporate training ends at the classroom door. People enjoy the day, then return to work largely unchanged.

Zest Experience was founded by Zain Goplani, a Karachi-born facilitator, to do things differently. We start with what an organisation needs its people to do better, then design experiences that make that change more likely: practical, participative and grounded in real work.

Today we work from Karachi and Dubai with organisations in Pakistan, the UAE and beyond, including Saudi Arabia.

How we are different

Not a conventional training provider.

What clients notice when they work with Zest.

Business first

We start with the problem, not a course list

Every engagement begins with the performance need. The programme is designed to answer it.

Context

We design for the room

Examples, scenarios and language come from your sector, your culture and your people's work.

Participation

Participants do the work

People learn by discovering, practising and reflecting, not by sitting through slides.

Application

We plan for Monday morning

Every session ends with commitments and tools people can use straight away.

Reinforcement

We stay for what happens next

Action plans, follow-ups and reinforcement where the engagement allows.

Accountability

One team from brief to follow-up

The people who design your intervention are the people who facilitate it.

Our philosophy

People learn most when they discover it for themselves, in a setting that feels like their real work.

Experiential learning

People learn most deeply through experience: doing, reflecting and making sense of it together.

Participant-led discovery

We design for insight that participants reach themselves, so it is owned rather than borrowed.

Contextualised solutions

No two organisations are the same. Every intervention is shaped to its audience, sector and culture.

Meaningful workplace application

Success is measured at work, not in the room. Everything we design points towards application.

Zest in action

Our approach

Consulting, design, facilitation and reinforcement, held together.

Most providers do one of these well. Our clients value having all four in one accountable team.

  1. 01

    Consulting

We listen first: to sponsors, stakeholders and, where possible, participants, to understand the context and the change required.

  2. 02

    Programme design

We design the intervention around your audience and objectives: format, flow, activities, tools and materials.

  3. 03

    Facilitation

Experienced facilitators lead engaging, participative sessions in person across Pakistan, the UAE and internationally.

  4. 04

    Reinforcement

We help learning stick through action plans, follow-ups and reinforcement where the engagement allows.

Our people

The people behind the experience.

A small, senior team. The people who design your intervention are the people who facilitate it.
